It seems that China has yet to overcome investors' skepticism regarding truly efficient stimulus for its economy. In any case, another meeting of the Finance Ministry is scheduled for Thursday, where Beijing plans to discuss promoting the "sustainable and healthy" development of the real estate sector.
Besides, on Thursday, the European Central Bank will announce its policy statement following the 2-day meeting. Most experts are confident that on October 17, policymakers will cut the refinancing rate by 25 basis points.
